Dikotylon fine brown lens — 500 g package. Quality lentils, fine grains and fast cooking, ideal for soups, salads, purées, simmered dishes and protein accompaniments. Cooking: rinse, then cook 20–25 minutes in 3 volumes of non-salted boiling water (add salt at the end of cooking) until desired tenderness. Tip: for creamy soup, mix partially after cooking; for salad, cook al dente and cool immediately. Storage: In a moisture and heat shelter, in an airtight container.
