1. Scope
These GTC govern all orders placed via epicemed.ch.
2. Products
Products are fresh food, beverages and assortments. Prices are in CHF incl. VAT.
3. Prices & fees
Prices are in CHF incl. VAT. Delivery fees apply by zone. A surcharge applies for orders below the configured minimum.
4. Order
Orders are confirmed upon payment. A confirmation email is sent.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card data never transits through our servers.
6. Delivery
Delivery only (no pickup). Slots depend on zones and stock.
7. Perishable goods
Perishable items cannot be returned except in case of a proven defect upon delivery. Report issues within 24 h.
8. Applicable law
These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
