ORGANIC Fava - Biovlastos

Fava BIO Biovlastos — 500 g package of broken organic yellow peas. Traditional Greek puree/soup prepared from broken yellow peas, naturally rich in protein and fiber, ideal for the Santorini fava, soups, dips and Mediterranean accompaniments. Preparation: rinse, cook over low heat 20–30 min in 3–4 volumes of water stirring, drain excess water then mix for a smooth texture; Season with olive oil, lemon and onion. Tip: optional soaking to reduce cooking time. Storage: keep dry, shelter from heat and moisture.
